The Embassy, in collaboration with Pakistani Banking & Finance Professionals in Kuwait organized an interactive session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things at Pakistan House on 04 January 2020.
The event was attended, besides Embassy officers by a large number of Pakistani professionals from different fields, especially banking and finance sector. The aim of organizing the activity was to educate Pakistani professionals of the overall impact of latest technologies on our professional and personal lives and the strategies to deal with the emerging challenges caused by the technological advancements.
Mr. Naeem Mirza, a reputed professional of the field based in Kuwait talked in detail on the topics of Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, pros and cons of intelligent machines, especially in consumer market etc. The talk was followed by Q&A session. Ambassador Syed Sajjad Haider, in his remarks emphasized on Pakistani diaspora to adapt to the emerging realities to succeed in respective areas of activity.
The interaction was appreciated by the participants, who also stressed on the need of holding more such events in future for the Pakistani community. The guests were served with Pakistan cuisine at the end of the session.
