Mr. Anwar Ali, a former teacher in Pakistan, came to Pakistan in the early 1970’s as a common labourer. He started off working as a waiter/dish washer and did other menial jobs. He remained President of Minhajul Quran Mosque for three years and is on the current administration of Ghausia Masjid, Rotterdam. During the pandemic, he provided shelter and three times meal to fifteen stranded Pakistanis, utilizing resources of the two Mosques. Another noble aspect of his personality is his willingless to give “Ghusal” to all Muslims especially Pakistanis’ dead bodies, free of cost.
