Brunei Darussalam and Pakistan enjoy a profound brotherly relationship and are all-weather friends. The exchange and cooperation in all fields between Brunei and Pakistan is growing from strength to strength.
On March 14, 2019 Pakistan High Commission donated books to Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies (CSPS) of Brunei Darussalam. Acting High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mr. Ahmed Ali Sirohey handed over the books to Dr. Norhabibah Kamis, Head of International Affairs and Resources at Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies (CSPS).
The Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan in his remarks said that being a carrier of knowledge, books serve as a ladder for the progress of human beings. The collection of books donated to CSPS covers a range of subjects including Strategic Policy, Governance and International Affairs and will be a useful addition to the Resource Centre of CSPS.
During the meeting, Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan exchanged his views on strategic planning, policy and governance issues and extended Pakistan’s cooperation in the field of research, policy studies and collaboration of CSPS with Institute of Strategic Studies, Islamabad (ISSI).
Dr. Norhabibah Kamis, Head of International Affairs and Resources expressed her gratitude to Pakistan High Commission for the donation of books.
