71th independence day on 14 August was celebrated in Pakistan Consulate in Zahidan.

14 August, 2018 ceremony was celebrated in Consulate of Pakistan in Zahidan. During this function after the sighting of Holy Quran the flag hoisting ceremony along with the national anthem of Pakistan was performed. After the flag hoisting ceremony Mr. Muhammad Rafi Consul General has declared the message of President and Prime Minister of Pakistan. Some Iranian dignitaries also attended this function among whom Mr. Merashi Law Enforcement Deputy of Governor along with Mr. Ghulam Raze Ganji D.G Law Enforcement and Security were present. Mr. Merashi also made a speech in this function and congratulates the event to Pakistani nation. He added that there so many commonalities between the two countries and Iran was first country who accepted the independence Pakistan. In the rest of the meeting some national songs were performed by Some Pakistani children in memorial of the first independence day of their country.
