Admissions of Foreign Students in MBBS and BDS under Self Finance Scheme (SFS) for the Session 2018-19

A limited number of seats are available for admissions in Public Sector Universities/Institutions of Pakistan in the disciplines of Medicine (MBBS), Dentistry (BDS) for foreign nationals as well as Pakistan Origin dual nationality holders for the Academic Session 2018-19 under Self Finance Scheme (SFS).

The main purpose of the scheme is to encourage expatriate Pakistanis to stay connected with their mother land, and foreign nationals to learn about Pakistani culture and society, encourage knowledge-sharing with friendly countries and to improve relationship with the international community.

For admission under SFS, the students should have physically studied (Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary School Certificate) or Equivalent outside Pakistan with minimum 60% marks in HSSC or its equivalent qualifications after conversion in the form of equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) in at least three compulsory subjects including Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics. The students are required to have passed Provincial/ Regional admission test or passed SAT-II with minimum 550 marks in each subject i.e. Chemistry, Biology and Physics/Mathematics or foreign MCAT with minimum aggregate score of 24, to be eligible to apply for these seats.
