Adviser Conveys Appreciation to Pakistan Ambassador in Paris
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Mr. Sartaj Aziz telephoned Mr. Ghalib Iqbal, Pakistan Ambassador in Paris and conveyed his appreciation for organizing, in consultations with other Missions, a successful campaign for Pakistan election to the Executive Board of UNESCO.
Pakistan won the election for the Executive Board of UNESCO by obtaining 135 out of 168 votes.
Mr. Ghalib Iqbal is Pakistan’s Ambassador to France and Permanent Representative to UNESCO since February 2013.
