Holds M Sc degree in Armed Forces War Course.

Held various command, staff and instructional assignments in Pakistan Army.

Attended various army courses including Armed Forces War Course, Principle Staff Course and Foreign Staff Course.

Awarded Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) in recognition of his distinguished and meritorious services.
