Visa Services
There is no visa required to visit Pakistan for Thai diplomatic passport holders for a period of 30 days/one month. All other visitors require visa which can be applied for, at the Embassy of Pakistan Bangkok Visa Section or online through the following link:

Tourist Visa

Duration and Validity:
Single/Double Entry for short duration less than 3 months (First Time entry).
Thai citizens are eligible to apply for a Double Entry Tourist Visa.
A Tourist Visa can be extended for up to 6 Months or more in Pakistan, subject to approval.
Family Visit Visa
The family visit visa for foreign citizens of Pakistani Origin and their spouses to visit and stay with their family members for up to 5 years with up to 1 year stay on each entry.

Assignment Visas for UN/IO officials have to be applied 6 weeks in advance from the intended date of departure. For meetings, trainings or conferences/ seminars visa application should be made two weeks in advance.

Machine Readable Passport (MRP) Services
The Government of Pakistan has introduced Five (5) and Ten(10) years validity Machine Readable Passports (MRP) incorporating special security features designed to check human trafficking and forgery. It contains digitally printed personal data with a photograph in the bar code.
Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or (Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC) for under 18) or the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani (NICOP). Original is mandatory for issuance of the Machine-Readable Passport (MRP). The issuance of passport is directly complementing the government’s efforts to increase the number of people in database and in improvement of the overall governance of the country.

ETD (Emergency Passport) is issued only after necessary verification process. Requirement: Interview in person, Police report of lost passport with translation Copy of NIC, or other relevant documents issued by Pakistani authorities.

Registration with the Embassy
Annual Registration of Pakistan Nationals Abroad: Under Rule 22 of the Pakistan Citizenship Rules, 1952 every citizen of Pakistan residing abroad is required to get him/herself registered annually at the nearest Pakistan Embassy or Consulates. For this purpose he/she will have to apply in Form “T” prescribed under Pakistan Citizenship Rules 1952 and furnish to the Mission concerned such information as required under the said Rule.
Birth Registration
1. Application Forms dully filled in all respects

3. Birth Certificates (in Thai language & duly translated in English)
4. Parents Passports with valid visa, ID card Copies
5. Parents’ Marriage Documents
6. (In some cases attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand may be required)

Power of Attorney (POA) Requirements
Form-C Should be duly filled before submitting POA.
POA should be on a Standard A4 Paper Size and should be in computerized printed format and clearly readable. Hand written power of attorney and authority letter are not acceptable.
Following are the mandatory requirements for POA:
For Executor:
Valid Pakistani CNIC/NICOP/POC Card (Copy & Original)
Proof of Residence/Visa Card Copy (If available)
Passport of any nationality (Copy/ Original)
One Passport size Photo (35mm x 45mm) with white background.
If the executor does not hold a valid Pakistani CNIC/NICOP/POC or Pakistani Passport, then the same document/POA will be required to be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark before it is attested by the Embassy of Pakistan.
For Attorney Nominee:

For Witnesses:
Two Pakistani nationals having CNIC/NICOP/POC should sign the POA before it is presented to the Embassy. Both witnesses should affix their Names, Pakistan CNIC/NICOP/POC number along with their signatures on POA.
Copy of CNIC/NICOP/POC of the two witnesses is also required.
