NADRA has deployed online system (https://id.nadra.gov.pk) for the facilitation of Overseas Pakistanis who can process their ID cards (NICOPs and POCs) from their homes at their convenience. With the use of latest technology and by providing such solutions, NADRA aims to bring more comfort in the lives of expatriate Pakistani community residing in different countries around the globe. NADRA has taken the following steps for troubleshooting any problems on the system:

  1. Launching of 24/7 online web chat service to guide / facilitate online applicants at the URL (https://www.messenger.com/t/nadrapakidentity).
  2. Launching of social media campaign along with Ads.
  3. Launching of Pak ID official Twitter Account (@NadraPak)
  4. Complaint Management System (CMS) which is an online facility for lodging of complaints (https://www/nadra.gov.pk/complaint/).
  5. For any applicants with complaints or requiring information pertaining to online ID card services, they will be able to talk to the Director Pak ID directly via Skype ID pakidentity@outlook.com on every Thursday from 1500hrs to 1600hrs PST in the form of an e-Kachari.
  6. Applicants can submit their feedback regarding NADRA online services at https://id.nadra.gov.pk/feedback/
