Visa Requirements:

Tourist / Visit Visa:

  • Completely filled in Visa form
  • Valid Passport – Original + Copy (must be valid at least for 06 months from traveling date)
  • If holding other than Argentine, Chilean, Peruvian, Paraguayan, Uruguayan or Ecuadorian Passport, please provide proof of legal residence
  • Two identical most recent colour photographs. The size of the photo to be submitted is 45mm high by 35mm wide with a light blue or white background.
  • Visa Fee according to the amount mentioned in the fee table.

Business Visa:

  • Details of business and invitation letter from the host/associate company/organization in Pakistan. Introductory letter from Local Employer
  • The Introductory letter should contain statements explaining the nature of the Company, Job Status of the person going to Pakistan and the reason for visiting Pakistan.
  • Copy of Bank Statement of Business Account from the last 6 months
Journalist Visa:
  • Letter from the employer regarding the purpose of the visit.
  • Small summary of assignment to be under taken in Pakistan.
  • Detail of places to be visited in Pakistan.
  • Journalist visa application is available only at the Mission
 
NGO/Work Visa:
  • A letter from the NGO/Company detailing the type of work to be performed in Pakistan.
  • Details of NGO/Company in Canada and Pakistan. The NGO should be registered with the Government of Pakistan.
  • The visa can only be issued after the approval from Pakistan. Please allow time to process approval from concerned authorities in Pakistan.


Passport Requirements:

Note: Passport with one year validity will be issued in the absence of CNIC/NICOP

 

The validity of the passport would be extended free of charge on presentation of CNIC/NICOP

The Requirements are as follows:

  • Duly filled in Passport Application Form
  • Thumb impression must be done in black ink or blue ink.
  • Original expired or soon to be expired Manual or Machine Read-able Passport along with copies of first four pages
  • Original Valid CNIC or Valid NICOP along with a photocopy or if you do not wish to not sent the original document with a photocopy you may send us a Notarized copy of CNIC or NICOP
  • For children below the age of 18 years and not having NICOP, please attach original Children Registration Certificate (CRC) OR a notarized copy of CRC. You may get a notarized copy of your document by visiting a Notary Public or Lawyer.
  • Valid P.R. Card or Citizenship Card or valid Work Permit or valid Student Permit or Birth certificate for children born in Argentina- Original and a photocopy or if you do not wish to not sent the original document with a photocopy you may send us a Notarized copy of P.R. Card or Citizenship Card or Work Permit or Student Permit or Birth certificate for children born in Argentina. You may get a notarized copy of your document by visiting a Notary Public or Lawyer.
  • Three identical most recent colour photographs. The size of the photo to be submitted is 1.5” width by 2.0” height with a light blue or white background.
  • Applicants sending their documents through mail should invariably enclose a self addressed registered pre-paid return envelope with their application.
  • Include payment indicated in the Fee Table & Information

 

Attestation of Documents issued from Pakistan
Educational Documents Requirements:

  • Dully filled in Contact Information Form
  • Original certificates along with one photocopy.
  • All Educational documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or camp offices at Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar & Quetta.
  • Please note before taking these documents to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all certificates i.e. Matric and FA should be attested by the relevant Inter-board Committees of Chairmen, Islamabad and all degrees must be attested by the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad.
  • Valid Pakistan Passport or CNIC or NICOP – Original + Copy or a Notarized Copy
  • You may get a notarized copy of your document by visiting a Notary Public or Lawyer.
  • Applicants sending their documents through mail should invariably enclose a self addressed registered pre-paid return envelope with their application to the Embassy of Pakistan in Argentina.
  • Amount Payable as mentioned in the Fee Table.

 

Attestation of Pakistan Certificates:

  • Dully filled in Contact Information Form
  • Marriage, Birth and Death certificates etc issued from Pakistan, must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or Camp Offices, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.
  • Original Certificate must be provided with a photocopy for attestation or if you do not wish to send the original certificate you may get a copy notarized from a Notary Public or Lawyer and send the notarized copy.
  • Original valid Pakistan Passport or original valid CNIC or original valid NICOP is required with a photocopy or if you do not wish to send the original you may get your Pakistan Passport or CNIC or NICOP notarized copy by a Notary Public or Lawyer and send the notarized copy.
  • Applicants sending their documents through mail should invariably enclose a self addressed registered pre-paid return envelope with their application to the Consulate General of Pakistan in Vancouver, please click here for address.
  • Fee is payable according to the amount mentioned in the Fee Table.
  • If you are submitting more than one Attestation Document you may combine the total fees for all applications onto one Certified Cheque, Money Order or Bank Draft.
