Colours of Pakistan Exhibition

Embassy of Pakistan in Kuwait in collaboration with Pakistan Women Forum (PWF) organized an event “Colours of Pakistan Exhibition” that displayed an array of fabrics, handicrafts and accessories. A cultural musical performance by school children and local Pakistani artists was also arranged which was highly appreciated by the audience.

The event was held on Friday, 9th November, 2018 at Abdulaziz Hussain in Cultural Centre, Mishrif. The event was attended by a large number of people including dignitaries and diplomats from different countries such as South Korea, Romania, Switzerland, Nepal and Palestine. The exhibition also graced by the presence of the local dignitaries who showed high interest in Pakistan textile and handicrafts.

Visitors were pleased to see the rich culture of Pakistan and highly appreciated the traditional garments, jewellery, handicrafts and large collection of Pakistan’s export merchandise.

Speaking on the occasion, the wife of Pakistan’s Ambassador highlighted the importance of cultural connectivity between the two countries. She also showed her pleasure at the successful event and wished to continue such activities in future for promoting soft image of the country. The event was supported by Pakistan Business Centre.
