Congratulatory Message from Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on the Peaceful Completion of General Elections in Turkey

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has addressed a message to Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu congratulating on the peaceful completion of the general elections in Turkey on 7 June 2015 and the AK Party’s emergence as the single largest party.

Nothing that Turkey has witnessed a period of political stability and immense economic development in the past 13 years, the Prime Minister expressed his confidence that Turkey would continue its march towards economic progress and prosperity, enhanced social welfare, stronger democracy, and overall development in the years to come.

The Prime Minister also expressed the hope that the fraternal Pakistan-Turkey relations will continue to flourish in all fields.
