Application Processing timings:
Monday-Thursday
- 1000 hrs – 1300 hrs
Fridays
- 1000 hrs – 1230 hrs
Collection timing for passports (Monday – Friday: 1600 – 1700 hrs)
- Normally, normal applications may take up to 20 working days for the passport to be processed
- Urgent passport applications may take up to 12 working days
- As soon as your passport is ready for collection, an email will be sent to the email address you provide to request its collection
- In case applicants live far away from Dublin, they may provide a self-addressed prepaid registered envelope upon the time of application. The passports, once ready, will be sent to the given address using the registered post envelopes by the Embassy.
