Deputy Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Shahid Akhtar Alvi, HI(M) visited Kuwait from 29 April to 3 May, 2018

A senior Pakistan Air Force delegation headed by Deputy Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Shahid Akhtar Alvi, HI(M) visited Kuwait from 29 April to 3 May, 2018. The delegation held meetings with Lieutenant General Mohammad Al-Khidr, Chief of Staff, Major General Khalid Al-Sabah Commander of Land Force, Major General Abdullah Al-Fodari, Commander of Air Force, and Major General Khalid Al-Knadari, Commander of Naval Force. He also met with Major General Badar Ahmad Al-Awadi, Assistant Chief of General Staff for Administration and Manpower Committee.

The delegation also met with the retired Pakistan Air Force personnel working in Kuwait.

The visit is a manifestation of the close and fraternal ties between the two countries. It provided an opportunity to discuss matters of mutual interest and enhance cooperation between the Air Forces’ of the two countries.
