Earth Quake hits Nepal again, Pakistan Condoles

The news of another earthquake of 7.3 magnitude that hit Nepal today has shocked and saddened entire nation of Pakistan.

Our heart goes out to the victims of this repeat catastrophe which occurred in such a quick succession when our Nepali brethren were still grappling with the 25th April devastating earthquake. The Government and the people of Pakistan condole the loss of precious lives and properties and sympathize with the Government of Nepal and the aggrieved families.

Pakistan had immediately sent the search and rescue team in the wake of last month’s earthquake, along with necessary relief assistance, which continues till to date.

The Prime Minister has already made a firm commitment to extend every possible support to the Government and the people of Nepal in their relief and mitigation efforts.
