H.E. Mr. K. K. Ahsan Wagan, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Muscat called on H. E. Al Mawali, Chairman Majlis Al Shura Sultanate of Oman

Today, H.E. Mr. K. K. Ahsan Wagan, Ambassador of Pakistan to the
Sultanate of Oman called on H.E. Khalid Al Mawali, Chairman Majlis Al
Shura, Sultanate of Oman. He was accompanied by Deputy Head of
Mission, Embassy of Pakistan, Muscat, Oman.
He offered his deep condolences on behalf of Pakistani leadership and
brotherly people of Pakistan on the sad demise of Late His Majesty Sultan
Qaboos bin Said Al Said and also conveyed good will and felicitation
messages on behalf of President and Prime Minister of Pakistan to His
Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik.
Ambassador Wagan greatly admired role played by Late His Majesty Sultan
Qaboos Bin Said Al Said in promoting bilateral cooperation between the
two brotherly countries. He briefed Chairman Majlis Al Shura about the
various areas of bilateral relations, which are happily existing between the
two sides. He also assured in further strengthening the economic, trade,
commercial ties and enhancing parliamentary cooperation between the two
countries.
H.E. Khalid Al Mawali, extended very warm welcome to newly appointed
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Oman. He wished him great success for further
promoting friendly ties between the two sides. He fondly recalled his recent
visit to Pakistan and his meetings with Pakistani Leadership. Chairman
Majlis Al Shura offered his full support in promoting brotherly ties between
Pakistan and Oman.
