Instructions/procedure for journalists

The following instructions/procedure will be applicable to journalists/media personnel intending to visit Pakistan for media coverage of the forthcoming General Elections on 25th July, 2018:

• • All applicants should apply to the Embassy of Pakistan, Baku not later than 9th July, 2018.

• • Journalists will report to External Publicity Wing (EPW), Islamabad, Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage on arrival not later than16th July, 2018.

• • The Journalists will be allowed to visit for election coverage to Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi after obtaining clearance from EPW.

• • The place of landing for all journalists must be Islamabad airport.
