Fees & Processing Time

We charge fees for various consular services in local currency (Philippine Peso PhP).

Fees is accepted only via bank deposit through any branch of Banco de Oro (BDO) in the following account of Embassy:

Normal processing time for visa service is 5-7 business days provided the application is duly complete. However, the cases referred to Ministry of Interior may take longer. In such cases the applicants may withdraw their passports till approval of their applications.

Note:

      • Fees for 1st time lost passport would be double, and 2nd time lost passport would be quadruple the amount for each respective category;
      • Processing time for normal fees is 4 business weeks and urgent fees is 2 business weeks;
      • Children under 15 year of age can only apply for 5 year valid passport.

A: Standard Requirements

      1. Single set of duly filled-in General Visa Form to be submitted by all applicants. Incomplete Form with blank/ vague entries will not be accepted. Indian national applicants
        will be additionally required to submit three sets of Visa Form for Indian Nationals (click to download).

For Business Visa

      2. Certificate of its membership with a Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Pakistan
      3. Original Recommendation letter from that Chamber of Commerce & Industry
      4. Letter of request & Certificate of Employment from the applicant’s firm
      5. Certificate of registration of applicant’s firm with local Security & Exchange Commission (SEC)

      7. NBI clearance authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)

 

For UN/International Organization (IO) Visa

      1. UN/ IO Form (click to download) duly signed by Country Head of the inviting UN Agency/ International Organization in Pakistan.
      2. Note Verbale from sponsoring UN agency/ IO explaining the purpose and duration of visit, position of the applicant in the organization etc.
      3. Application to be submitted at least 15 days in advance of travel date.

 

For Training/Workshop/Conference/Seminar/Short Missionary Visit Visa

      1. Invitation letter from organizer institute in Pakistan
      2. Certificate of its registration in Pakistan
      3. Letter of request & Certificate of Employment from the applicant’s institute in the Philippines
      4. Certificate of registration of applicant’s institute with Philippine Security & Exchange Commission (SEC)

For NGO Visa

      1. Approval from Ministry of Interior

      3. Letter from applicant’s Missionary organization certifying his/ her bonafide and taking full responsibility for his/her maintenance/boarding/lodging & return journey in case repatriation from Pakistan becomes necessary
      4. Declaration to abide by and respect the laws of Pakistan and stay away from internal politics or religious acrimony etc.
      5. Bio-data for the last 10 years
      6. Copies of educationaldegrees/diploma/certificate with English translation attested by the DFA
      7. Letter of Employment from the concerned institution in Pakistan employing the Missionary worker
      8. In case of replacement appointment, complete details of the worker being replaced showing
      9. the exact date of his/ her final exit/ visa position at that time along with photocopies of passport pages indicating final exit/ visa validity as well as cancellation of remaining visa, if any.
      10. NBI Clearance authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)

 

For Seaman Visa

      1. Invitation letter from Pakistan
      2. Letter of request and Certificate of employment from the applicant’s firm

Passport Requirements

      1. Personal presence of applicant for data and photo capturing on spot.
      2. Old passport & valid NADRA ID (original and photocopy)
      3. Proof of stay in the Philippines (copy of ACR & ICR/ study visa/ work permit etc.)
      4. In case of lost passport, police report or affidavit of loss

Attestation Requirements

      1. Personal presence of executant(s) of Power of Attorney (PoA), Affidavit, Live Certificate etc. along with their original Pakistani ID/ Passport and its photocopy
      2. Original document to be attested along with its photocopy. A passport size photograph of executant of a POA should also be affixed on the document.
      3. Proof of stay in the Philippines (copy of ACR & ICR/ study visa/ work permit etc.)
      4. All Pakistani documents like birth certificates, educational degrees etc. needing Embassy’s attestation should be prior attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or any of its Camp Offices
      5. All Filipino documents needing Embassy’s attestation should be prior attested by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs

Requirements for Unmarried Certificate/ Affidavit of Legal Capacity for Marriage

      1. Duly filled- in Application Form for Attestation of Unmarried Certificate (click to download)
      2. Original Unmarried Certificate issued from applicant’s relevant Union Council in Pakistan, attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad or its relevant camp office
      3. Applicant’s Pakistani ID & passport (copy & original)

      5. In case an applicant is already married in Pakistan/ Philippines, written permission/willingness of the old wife (s) as well as to- be-wife allowing him for another marriage. Such permission from a Pakistani wife should be duly countersigned by the relevant Union Council and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or any camp office. Similarly, such permission from a Filipino wife/fiance should be notarized by a notary public and authenticated by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs. Copies of signature- containing IDs of the old/ to- be wives should also be attached.
      6. In case the applicant is Divorcee, copy of the Divorce Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or any of its camp office (if certificate is issued from Pakistan), or by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (if certificate is issued in the Philippines).
      7. In case the applicant is a widower/ widow, copy of the deceased spouse’s Death Certificate duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or any of its camp office (if certificate is issued from Pakistan), or by Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (if certificate is issued in the Philippines).

 

Requirements for Issuance of NoC for Shipment of Dead Bodies

      1. eath Certificate
      2. A signed application by a family member of the deceased authorizing transportation of the corpse to Pakistan along with his/ her ID
      3. Pakistani ID copy of the deceased
      4. Embalming Certificate
      5. Transit Burial Permit
      6. Non- Communicable Disease Certificate
      7. Flight on which the deceased’ s remains are booked
      8. Destination City in Pakistan

Requirements for Renunciation of Citizenship

      1. Applicant must be above 21 years of age.
      2. Notarized request with reason of renunciation of citizenship.
      3. In case renunciation is due to a Government job requirement abroad, a letter from the requiring authority.
      4. Notarized copy of Foreign Passport / Citizenship Certificate.
      5. Duly filled- in and notarized Form X & Particulars Proforma (4 Copies) along with duly filled- in Computer Proforma (click to download)
      6. Copy of CNIC/ NICOP. Original CNIC/ NICOP will have to be surrendered to the Embassy upon receipt of Renunciation Certificate. In case the applicant does not have CNIC/NICOP, he/she may provide his/her correct and complete address in Pakistan along with two reference in Pakistan for police verification of his/her antecedents (from hometown).
      7. Copies of all Pakistani passports (valid and expired). Original passport will have to be surrendered to the Embassy upon receipt of Renunciation Certificate.
      8. Six (6) colored photographs with light blue background of size “2 x 2”.

      10. Passport Surrender Fee US$ 30.00 + US$ 120.00 CNIC/ NICOP cancellation fee will have to be paid upon receipt of Renunciation Certificate.
