Medical Camps at Maldives

Ministry of Health, Republic of Maldives in collaboration with Embassy of Pakistan, at Male’ is to hold Medical Camps in the various parts of the Maldives. According to the details some seven specialist doctors from Pakistan are likely to arrive Maldives on 7th July 2018 on a week visit. The specialist’s team would comprise of 04 male and 03 lady doctors, who are top professionals and have rich experience both in medical practice as well as in teaching. The team comprises of: Neurosurgeon, Pear Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Orthopedic Surgeon, Breast Surgeon, Urologist, Neurologist and ENT Specialist.

These Medical Camps first of their kind are unique that specialists would not only provide patient consultations, conduct surgeries if required, but would also deliver continuing medical education within their areas of practice for Maldivian healthcare professionals. The goal of these Medical Camps is to provide state of art health facilities to Maldivians at their door steps. It is believed that these medical camps would not only bring Medical professionals of both the countries closer but would also bring people of two Muslim nations together.
