Your Excellency,
I am shocked and feel deeply sorrow to learn that the Balochistan Province of Pakistan was hit by a 7.8-magnitude earthquake causing heavy human casualties and property losses. I would like to, on behalf of the Chinese government and people, and in my own name, express my deep condolences to the deceased and sincere solicitude to the bereaved families and the injured.
I believe that, under the leadership of Your Excellency, the Pakistani government and people will surely be able to overcome the disaster and rebuild their homes. The Chinese government stands ready to provide urgent assistance according to the needs of the Pakistani side.
