Message of Condolences from Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs to Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness Prince Saud Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on the sad demise of Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

Your Royal Highness,

I am deeply grieved to receive the sad news of passing away of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. This, indeed, is a tragic loss for the entire Muslim Ummah.

We feel that with the end of King Abdullah’s reign, the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have lost a visionary leader and Pakistan has lost a very sincere well wisher.

I wish to convey our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the people and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

May Allah Almighty shower His blessings on the departed soul and grant Your Royal Highness, the bereaved family, the people of the Kingdom, and the entire Ummah, the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Amen.
