Ministry’s response to false, unfounded and irresponsible news story
A certain section of the media has carried a news story today regarding senior functionaries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which is totally false, irresponsible and unfounded.
It may also be noted that an unintended consequence of such stories could be seriously detrimental to the functioning of state institutions mandated with responsibility relating to international relations and national security issues.
