Mr. Faisal Kakar, Acting High Commissioner delivered a lecture on contemporary Pakistan, its foreign policy, security, and development strategy at the National Defence College, Mirpur Bangladesh on 2 December 2019. Acting Commandant Maj General Abdullahil Baque was present in the audience where 85 senior military and civil officers from 16 countries including Bangladesh are undergoing training. I highlighted the aim and objective of Pakistan’s foreign and security policy, prevailing egregious human rights situation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, bilateral ties with Bangladesh, the positive economic trajectory of Pakistan and way forward. Well applauded by the audience as one of the best interactive sessions and candid questions and answer session.
