Nepalese leadership has conveyed condolences over the devastation caused by the earthquake that hit Pakistan on 26 October 2015.

The Prime Minister of Nepal, H.E K.P Sharma Oli made a telephone call to the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in London, immediately after the earthquake.

He expressed sympathy over the natural calamity and offered all possible assistance.

Next day, the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of Nepal, H.E Kamal Thapa made a telephone call to Mr. Sartaj Aziz, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs. He also offered condolences and all possible assistance to Pakistan.

Pakistan and Nepal enjoy mutually beneficial relations. The relations have grown from strength to strength.

Pakistan wishes peace and prosperity to the people of Nepal.
