To observe Kashmir Black Day, a seminar was organized at the Embassy of Pakistan, Cairo. It was attended by University Professors, Students, Media Personnel, members of Pakistan-Egypt Friendship Association and Pakistani Community.
The ceremony began with Recitation from the Holy Quran. The messages of The President and Prime Minister on the occasion were read out. A short documentary was screened to sensitize the audience on the issue of Kashmir and human rights violations committed by Indian occupation forces. Speakers at the seminar included Scholars, Academicians and Journalist.
Ambassador Mushtaq Ali Shah in his concluding remarks termed Indian claim of surgical strike as wishful thinking. He said that the Government of Pakistan would continue to sensitize the world about Kashmir issue and the grave human rights violations committed by the Indian forces in IOK. He expressed Government of Pakistan’s unflinching moral, diplomatic and political support in their just struggle for self – determination.
