Pakistan and Brazil have expressed willingness to sign additional agreements in 2018. This was revealed by the Ambassador of Pakistan to Brazil H.E. Najm us Saqib after having a detailed meeting with Ambassador Ary Quintella of Itamaraty, in Brasilia, today. Both Ambassadors reviewed the existing bilateral relations in the context of documents signed between the two countries; shared information and agreed to explore additional avenues of cooperation between Pakistan and Brazil.
The two sides also discussed Pakistan’s future engagement with MERCOSUR especially the possibility of signing a Preferential Trade Agreement between Pakistan and MERCOSUR besides sharing views on Pak-US relations, Pak-India relations and Pak-Afghanistan relations.
