Pakistan Consulate General Dubai has facilitated repatriation of 55 prisoners to Pakistan

Pakistan Consulate General Dubai has facilitated repatriation of 55 prisoners to Pakistan who had completed their jail sentence or were confined in Al Sajaa Immigration Jail and Al Aweer Jail Dubai. The Consulate General has not only issued necessary travel documents but also arranged air tickets through Welfare Fund, from philanthropists of Pakistani community and the jail authorities. The first batch of 16 prisoners from Al Sajaa Immigration Jail have reached Karachi today. Rest of the prisoners will be going back to Pakistan during the next week.

Pakistan Consulate General Dubai sincerely appreciates the support of community members and jail authorities who have helped ease the suffering of these prisoners.
