Mr. Ahmed Ali Sirohey Head of Mission in Niger met a group of Pakistanis at the Embassy today and assured them of his full cooperation in this difficult hour.

He advised them to follow the instructions of local authorities as well as Pakistan Government that are being regularly shared with the diaspora. He instructed if they come across, any symptoms, it may immediately bring to the notice of Health authorities as well as Mission, so that timely and appropriate action could be taken.

Mr. Sirohey lauded their contributions and services and have gifted ration packes to twenty persons.

There are 300 Pakistanis residing in Niger. So far no Pakistani have contracted Covid-19. However, due to curfew and lockdown a few of them have been rendered jobless.
