Pakistan Women Forum (PWF) organized an exhibition “Colors of Pakistan”

Embassy of Pakistan in Kuwait together with Pakistan Women Forum (PWF) organized an exhibition “Colors of Pakistan” that displayed an array of fabrics, handicrafts and accessories. The event was held at Pakistan Ambassador’s residence. The idea was initiated by the wife of the ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait and executed by PWF Kuwait. The event was attended by a large number of people including dignitaries and diplomats from different countries such as Sudan, Nepal, India and Lebanon. The exhibition also graced by the presence of the Royal family of Kuwait, who showed high interest in Pakistani textile and handicrafts.

Visitors were pleased to see the rich culture of Pakistan and highly appreciated the traditional garments, jewelry, handicrafts and large collection of Pakistan’s export merchandise. Speaking on the occasion, the wife of Pakistan Ambassador highlighted the importance of cultural connectivity between the two countries. She also showed her pleasure at the successful event and wished to continue such activities in future for promoting soft image of the country.
