Pakistani Zaireen visiting Iraq

It has been observed that Pakistani Zaireen holding visas issued by the Iraqi Embassy in Islamabad are facing problems while entering into Iraq. The Pakistani Embassy in Bagdad has informed that those Zaireen whose visas do not contain a specific clearance number issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior are being denied entry into Iraq.

The Embassy of Pakistan in Baghdad has therefore advised that all Pakistani Zaireen may kindly ensure before travelling to Iraq that their visa stickers contain specific clearance number issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also taken up this matter with the Iraqi Embassy in Islamabad.
