Palestine Solidarity Iftar/Dinner at Pakistan House
A Palestine Solidarity Iftar/Dinner was hosted by the Charge d’Affaires Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Khan at Pakistan House on 31 May, 2018. The Ambassador of Palestine Mr. Nabil Abuznaid and Mr. Bruno Dias, President of Portugal-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship Group were the chief guests on the occasion. The dinner was also attended by well-known Historian/Orientalist Professor Carlos Calazan, Advocate Ms.Clementia Paiva, members of think tanks and representatives of Diplomatic Corps.
The participants called for an end to illegal occupation of the Holy land of Palestine and urged the international community to take notice of the gross human rights violations taking place in Palestine.
