Former Federal Minster Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, currently on a visit to Ottawa, called on the High Commissioner, Tariq Azim Khan here today.
The High Commissioner briefed her on relations between Pakistan and Canada and the role of Pakistani community in promoting Pakistan’s rich and diverse cultural values in the Canadian society.
Both agreed that the community needs to organize themselves in order to promote their interests in the mainstream Canadian society.
