Another special flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) carrying 253 passengers departed Baghdad for Islamabad, today. The total number of repatriated Pakistanis has thus reached 645 including eighty-one prisoners.

Ambassador Sajid Bilal saw off the passengers at the airport. The entire Embassy staff assisted the passengers in their safe arrival at the airport, check-in and completion of other departure formalities.

While chanting patriotic slogans at the airport, the passengers also expressed their deep appreciation to the Embassy for the excellent services they received for their repatriation.

The Ambassador also thanked the government of Iraq for their valuable support in facilitating the repatriation of stranded Pakistanis.
