A solemn flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan Amman on 14 August 2020 to mark the Independence Day of Pakistan. Due to ongoing pandemic and restrictions by the local government only officers and officials of the Embassy participated in the ceremony.
Mr. Taimur Zulfiqar, Charge d’ Affaires a.i. hoistedthe national flag with the national anthem in the backdrop.The messages of the President and Prime Minister on the auspicious occasion were also read out to the audience.
