Flag Hosting Ceremony on 14 August 2021
A solemn flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan, Amman on 14 August 2021 to mark the Independence Day of Pakistan. A large number of Pakistani community participated along with officers and staff of the Embassy.
H.E. Major General Sajjad Ali Khan (Retd), Ambassador, hoisted the national flag with the national anthem in the backdrop. The messages of the President and Prime Minister on the auspicious occasion were also read out to the audience.
The Ambassador during his remarks urged the community to play a positive role in improving Pakistan-Jordan relations. He also emphasized to keep brothers and sisters in Kashmir in our prayers during the occasion.
