A five-member delegation of the Tanzania Horticultural Association (TAHA) would be undertaking a business trip to Pakistan from 8 to 14 November, 2021. The delegation is being led by Dr. (PhD) Jacqueline Mkindi, CEO, TAHA, Arusha.
The delegation will hold meetings at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) as well as the Karachi and Lahore Chamber of Commerce. The delegation will also visit the Pakistan Trade and Development Authority head office in Karachi and its regional office in Lahore.
The visit will provide the opportunity for G2B, B2B and matchmaking meetings with stakeholders, manufacturers, exporters and importers in the agricultural machinery, farming equipment; packaging and refrigeration industry; and trade in tea, fruits, vegetables and spices sectors.The visit is expected to enhance Pakistan-Tanzania collaboration in trade and investment in the horticulture sector.
