(2017-05-15) Pakistan shares international concerns over the ballistic missile launch carried out by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 14 May 2017. It is regrettable that the DPRK continues to ignore its international obligations pursuant to several UN Security Council resolutions.
While deploring this act, Pakistan reiterates its call on the DPRK to abide by its international obligations and to avoid steps that undermine peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula as well as North East Asia.
