- Complaints etc related to Pakistan received from overseas Pakistanis have to be forwarded to OPF, Islamabad through online complaint system with follow up.
- Application alongwith relevant documents including copy of Passport, QID, NICOP & OPF membership card if available.
- Contact No. of focal person in Pakistan from applicant side
- Address, CNIC No. and contact No. of the person(s) against whom complaint is lodged.
