SAPM’s meeting with the widow and son of Ambassador of Norway

Mr. Tariq Fatemi, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs received Mrs. Embjorg Larsen and Eirik Larsen, widow and son of late Ambassador Larsen, who died in the tragic Naltar incident.

The SAPM expressed his heartfelt sorrow on the tragic death of the Norwegian Ambassador. He paid rich tributes to the late Ambassador and fondly remembered his services in promoting friendly relationship between Pakistan and Norway. He informed Mrs. Larsen that the entire Pakistani nation was grieved by the unfortunate accident and felt as if one of their own had died in the crash. Mr. Fatemi said that his thoughts and prayers were with the family of Ambassador Larsen, and assured Mrs. Larsen that Pakistan would always remain a home for her.
