The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Ibrahim bin Salih Al-Ghadeer called on the Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Mr. Sartaj Aziz, today, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Ghadeer felicitated on the victory of PML(N) in the General Elections and wished the Adviser great success in his assignment.

The Adviser welcomed the decision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques His Majesty King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for extending the deadline for correction of resident status of expatriate workers from July 3, till November 3, 2013 which would also greatly facilitate Pakistani expatriates who have made positive contribution to the economic development and progress of the Kingdom.

Mr. Sartaj Aziz thanked the Ambassador for his good wishes and reiterated that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy close and fraternal relations that are marked by common perceptions on all issues of mutual interest. He added that the Government and the people of Pakistan hold the Saudi leadership, the entire Royal family and the people of Saudi Arabia in high esteem.
