Services of Event Management Company for Pakistan Single Country Exhibition at Santiago, Chile 2018

Pakistan Embassy in Argentina has planned to hold 1st Edition of Pakistan Single Country Exhibition at Santiago, Chile in 2018. The Exhibition will showcase top quality of Pakistan’s Textile, Leather, Fashion accessories, Handicrafts, Surgical and Agro products. The exhibition will be a true showcase of the Emerging Pakistan with participation of Pakistan brands in the event. The event will be leveraged with a Pakistan food court where Pakistan cuisine will be served to public. On the sidelines of the main exhibition B2B meeting will also be arranged with Chilean importers.

Exhibition Manager would be required to build the exhibition setup, manage it and provide other ancillary services. Terms of reference for the exhibition are mentioned in details with clarity on all components of the event. The Event Management Company needs to be based in Chile. There be no compromise on quality and services described in the BOQs.

Financial proposals should accompany a bid security as specified in the Bidding Documents.

Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure would be used for Open Competitive Bidding .

The firms will submit their sealed Technical and Financial Proposals in bold letters. There is no bid security required.

Sealed tender documents shall be submitted latest by 10th April, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. with the Embassy of Pakistan. Technical proposals shall be opened on 10 April 2018 at 03:30 p.m. in the presence of representatives of the participating firms. The Financial Proposals of only technically qualified companies will be opened in the next three days. Technically qualified companies will be invited during the opening of Financial Proposals. The proposals of lowest bidder will be accepted subject to meeting all requirements mentioned in the tender documents. The Embassy of Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annual the bidding process any time, however, reasons for rejection or annulling bid process will be communicated the concerned bidder (s) in accordance with the Procurements Rules.
