Signing of the condolence book on the death of former Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal

Mr. Sartaj Aziz, Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security & Foreign Affairs visited the Saudi Embassy this morning to sign the condolence book on the death of HRH Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the former Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Sartaj Aziz expressed heartfelt condolences on the passing away of HRH Prince Saud Al-Faisal and prayed that Allah Almighty may rest the departed soul in eternal peace and give fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

The Advisor noted that Prince Saud Al-Faisal was a great friend and well-wisher of Pakistan. Pakistan’s relations with Saudi Arabia were greatly enhanced during his very long stint as Foreign Minister. He will be long remembered for promoting the causes of Muslim Ummah and peace and security in the region.
