Spokesman rejects comments attributed to FM

Referring to a news item appearing in one of the daily news papers regarding Foreign Minister Khar’s meeting with the young officers of the Foreign Service, the Spokesman said that the comments attributed to the Foreign Minister were grossly misquoted, inaccurate and out of context. He also noted that reporting on a closed meeting on a hearsay basis was against the basic norms of responsible journalism.
