HIRING OF PERSONALISED CONFERENCE ORGANISER (PCO)/EVENT ORGANISER

1. Trade Commission of Pakistan, Johannesburg invites sealed bids for the Personlaised Conference Organiser/Event Organiser for organising of 3rd Pakistan-Africa Trade Development Conference (PATDC) and Single Country Exhibition (SCE) scheduled from 13-15 September 2022 at Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
2. Biding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions along with the list of services are available for the interested bidders at the address given below.
3. Bid Security equivalent to 4% of the total bid value in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft /Banker’s Cheque in favour of Trade Commission of Pakistan, Johannesburg -EMDF shall be submitted with the sealed proposal. Bids without the Bid Security will be rejected.
4. The sealed bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, and complete in all respects must reach at the address given below on or before 14th July 2022 on 1100 hours.

Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. This advertisement is also available on the official website of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan and Pakistan high Commission, Pretoria.
