3. Interested parties may submit their offers / bids along with photocopy of Identity Card, complete address and contact Number in sealed envelope clearly marked as “SALE OF VEHICLE” to reach the High Commission for Pakistan 9A, Queen Mary Avenue Floreal latest by 11:00am 18^th February 2020 (closing date). Bids received after closing date will not be entertained.

4. An earnest money amounting to 5% of the bidding amount in shape of banker’s cheque in favour of High Commission for Pakistan must accompany the tender / bid which in case of non-acceptance of tender/bid will be refunded to the bidder after finalization of tender. Bids not so secured will be rejected.

5. This money of the successful bidder will be kept by the High Commission as security deposit and the balance bidding amount will have to paid within one week from the opening of bid vide bank cheque drawn in favour of the High Commission for Pakistan failing which the earnest money will be forfeited.

6. The sealed tenders/bids will be opened on 18^th February 2020 at 11:30am at the High Commission for Pakistan in the presence of bidders who would like to attend.

7. The High Commission for Pakistan reserves the right to reject or cancel any /all bids at any time without assigning any reason
