Tender Notice for Supply and Installation of IP Telephone System

The Embassy of Pakistan, Doha, Qatar invites sealed tenders/bids from reputed companies, registered with state of Qatar for supply and installation of IP Telephone system for the whole new Embassy Complex at the Diplomatic Area, as per terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents. Tender documents may be obtained from the Embassy of Pakistan, Doha, Qatar from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm after publication of this notice. Two stage two envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (Govt. of Pakistan) will be adopted.

The proposals should reach the Embassy of Pakistan, Doha, Qatar on or before 7th June 2020 by 1200 hours and shall be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in presence of bidder’s representative.
