U.S. Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, James F. Dobbins calls on the Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs

Ambassador James F. Dobbins, U.S. Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan (SRAP), today called on the Adviser to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Mr. Sartaj Aziz. During the meeting, matters relating to Pakistan-US relations and the situation in the region were discussed. The two sides focused on preparations for the Prime Minister’s visit to Washington later this month. Views were also exchanged on the Afghan peace and reconciliation process as well as issues related to Afghanistan post-2014. Mr. Dobbins was accompanied by US Ambassador Richard Olson.
