On the invitation extended by Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan, H.E. Lyonchhen Jigmi Y. Thinley, will visit Pakistan on 18-20 March 2011.
Pakistandeeply values its cooperative relations with the Kingdom of Bhutan. The people of two countries enjoy centuries old bonds of friendship and cultural affinity.
As Chairman of SAARC, Bhutan has played a commendable role in promoting regional cooperation. Pakistan looks forward to working with Bhutan for promoting comprehensive, mutually beneficial cooperation in South Asia, under the SAARC auspices.
The visit of the Prime Minister of Bhutan will contribute to strengthen further existing excellent bilateral relations between Bhutan and Pakistan.
