The Government of Pakistan has established Special Courts for Overseas Pakistanis in Islamabad under the Special Courts (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Act, 2024, to ensure the expeditious resolution of disputes relating to immovable property.

In line with this initiative, the Government of Punjab has also enacted the Special Courts (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Act, 2025, aimed at extending this mechanism across the province. Similar initiatives are being undertaken in other provinces and regions of Pakistan to safeguard the rights and interests of Overseas Pakistanis.

Pakistani diaspora may share the details of any property related cases under trial with the High Commission.
