Pakistan’s Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch chaired the Special Committee meeting during the 224th session of the Executive Board of UNESCO. The Special Committee debates questions pertaining to the methods of work of the governing bodies of UNESCO; and the functioning of UNESCO Secretariat, in particular, those pertaining to evaluation, internal control, oversight and accountability systems and mechanisms.
